Q1. Where are you based and how far do you deliver to?

A1. We are currently based in Medway and cover Kent and also up to 40 miles away. If you are further than 40 miles away, please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.

Q2. How do we pay?

A2. There are 2 ways you can pay, you can either pay in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice for the products selected or pay a 50% non-refundable deposit with the remaining amount to be paid 3 weeks before your booking date.

Q3. Can we collect directly from you?

A3. Due to the Covid_19 pandemic we are currently not allowing customers to collect directly from us. This is due to change in the future so please message to confirm.
